What you will do
- Act as a designated support resource for assigned Account Managers to ensure post-sale customer success.
- Execute reporting and data requirements based on client and internal team needs.
- Troubleshoot escalated issues related to claims, eligibility, and general account maintenance.
- Perform data audit requests and manage ad-hoc projects assigned by leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to achieve client issue resolution.
- Meet established cross-functional OLAs to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of operational or customer service/support experience in the PBM or healthcare industries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate and articulate complex data and member scenarios effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several competing priorities.
- Positive, growth mindset with the ability to work with ambiguous instructions.
- Must be based in the USA
