What you will do

• Own company-wide business expense processes, including invoice processing and vendor onboarding.
• Analyze company metrics against vendor contracts to determine the need for restructuring or renewal.
• Collaborate with accounting to manage monthly accruals and analyze variances.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to identify and track capitalizable labor projects.
• Manage capitalized labor forecasts and support departmental cost budgeting and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or general business management.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Must be located in New York, NY for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience working in technology, consumer, or subscription-based companies.
