What you will do

• Audit reporting workflows to identify manual touchpoints and define technical requirements for automation.
• Perform root-cause analysis on data anomalies and collaborate with technical teams to implement automated fixes.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure automated reports and dashboards match the original source of truth.
• Develop comprehensive user documentation, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist the Scrum Master in refining the project backlog by evaluating the business value of automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued Public Trust.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business, Systems, or Data Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analyzing business processes to reduce manual workloads.
• Proven experience with enterprise dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau) and ETL data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data integrity validation and research.
• Expertise in documenting workflows using process mapping tools like MS Visio or Lucidchart.

Nice to have

• PMI-PBA or CCBA certifications.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Familiarity with Power BI Data Analyst Associate concepts.
