Principal Solution Consultant (Fintech): Supporting the onboarding and early success of clients using identity verification and fraud prevention platforms with an accent on implementation guidance and technical assistance. Location: Must be based in the US; Remote or Hybrid (Miami, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington DC)

Salary: $160K – $200K base + Equity + Commission

What you will do

• Guide client onboarding and provide technical assistance to ensure early success and maximum value realization.
• Manage strategic accounts with extreme ownership, focusing on improving Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and NPS.
• Lead the QBR process to align strategic priorities and identify innovation opportunities.
• Execute upsell and cross-sell POCs, demonstrating the quantitative value of additional solutions.
• Translate new model features and qualitative innovations into measurable performance lifts for customers.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to resolve complex scoring and fraud trend queries.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in professional services, customer management, or sales engineering.
• Must be based in the US.
• Experience leading enterprise-level engagements involving analytics and enterprise software.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger).
• Technical proficiency in ML/DS technologies, RESTful APIs, and RDBMS.
• Domain expertise in banking regulations such as FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, PATRIOT Act, and BSA.

Nice to have

• Experience with document image capture, OCR, or Computer Vision (CV) tools.
• Background in credit/fraud risk management analysis and threshold optimization.
