What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Solution Engineering team and establish technical sales best practices.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for complex enterprise opportunities, designing solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of standardized and customized product demonstrations that highlight business outcomes over features.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate requirements into actionable implementation plans.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions from the sales process to onboarding and post-sale support.
  • Influence the product roadmap by acting as a feedback conduit between customers and internal technical teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading or scaling Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales teams.
  • Strong background in technical sales, implementations, or customer-facing technical consulting.
  • Industry experience in mortgage technology, real estate tech, financial services, or SaaS.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and operational leaders.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with valuation workflows, appraisal modernization initiatives, UAD, or collateral risk management.
  • Experience with Automated Valuation Models (AVMs).
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, enterprise integrations, and workflow platforms.
