Salary: $168,000 – $209,900 USD

What you will do
- Define and lead the global strategy for employee relations, labor relations, and compliance, aligning with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR leadership and executives on complex, high-risk labor and employee matters.
- Govern the global policy framework, establishing standards and ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions.
- Lead the identification and mitigation of employee relations and compliance risks enterprise-wide.
- Oversee global ER case management, investigations, and enablement tools such as ServiceNow.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a globally distributed team of ER and compliance professionals across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, labor relations, HR compliance, or employment law.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide ER and compliance strategies within a global organization.
- Deep expertise in employment and labor laws across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and guide high-impact organizational decisions.
- Experience managing global, multi-layered teams and building organizational capability.
- Must be based in or able to work from Las Vegas, NV
