What you will do

  • Define and lead the global strategy for employee relations, labor relations, and compliance, aligning with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR leadership and executives on complex, high-risk labor and employee matters.
  • Govern the global policy framework, establishing standards and ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions.
  • Lead the identification and mitigation of employee relations and compliance risks enterprise-wide.
  • Oversee global ER case management, investigations, and enablement tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a globally distributed team of ER and compliance professionals across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, labor relations, HR compliance, or employment law.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide ER and compliance strategies within a global organization.
  • Deep expertise in employment and labor laws across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and guide high-impact organizational decisions.
  • Experience managing global, multi-layered teams and building organizational capability.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Las Vegas, NV
