What you will do

• Define and execute a medium- and long-term strategy for the member portal and policy administration platform.
• Develop a data-informed roadmap balancing new product bets, platform investments, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and operations to ship end-to-end experiences.
• Establish a rigorous experimentation culture and best practices for measurement.
• Scale the platform for performance and reliability while solving technical and process bottlenecks.
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of high-performing product managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, including experience at a top internet or consumer technology company.
• 2+ years of experience managing product managers in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of owning products with measurable growth in usage, retention, or revenue.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make evidence-based decisions.
• Must be based in the US.
• Technical and design fluency to partner effectively with engineers and designers.

Nice to have

• Experience with client portals or complex enterprise policy administration systems.
• Background in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries.
