What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for the credit card offering, focusing on rewards, servicing, and digital feature enhancements.
• Define product strategy and positioning to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term value.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, legal, and credit teams to launch product initiatives.
• Analyze cardholder behavior and transaction data to guide data-driven product decisions.
• Implement AI-driven tools to personalize customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage the full product development cycle from ideation and prioritization to post-release optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager specifically for a credit card product or portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of card economics, including interchange, rewards structures, and credit risk.
• Track record of launching and scaling card-related features with measurable business impact.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and credit operations.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting customer behavior and performance data.
• Must be based in the United States.
