What you will do

• Define the narrative architecture, tone, and editorial voice of AI conversations to ensure empathy and effectiveness.
• Own the multi-year Conversational AI roadmap across voice and text, inbound and outbound channels.
• Drive end-to-end launches across customer segments, including script design, guardrails, and compliance sign-off.
• Establish evaluation infrastructure and quality rubrics to benchmark AI performance against human agents.
• Partner with Legal & Compliance to responsibly expand AI capabilities within regulatory boundaries.
• Orchestrate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a unified customer journey.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on customer-facing communication channels (email, SMS, voice, or chat).
• Proven track record of shaping brands in new channels and strong narrative/copywriting skills.
• Deep commercial acumen, including proficiency with CAC, LTV, and Contribution Margin.
• LLM-native product instincts and experience shipping products built on frontier LLMs.
• Must be based in the US.
