What you will do

• Lead SEO/AEO strategy and growth to ensure domain ranking for brand, category, and competitor keywords.
• Optimize platform and crawler architecture for traditional and AI platforms.
• Conduct competitive and sentiment analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Drive execution and cross-functional impact with engineering, content, and data teams.
• Develop and run experiments to test optimization strategies and adapt based on performance.
• Define success benchmarks, monitor search rankings, track LLM citations, and deliver reporting on organic outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SEO/Organic Growth experience in highly competitive markets, with a focus on AEO/AI optimization.
• Strong technical understanding of search algorithms, Knowledge Graphs, RAG, and scraping signals.
• Proven success driving lead growth and digital brand authority via organic channels.
• Exceptional cross-functional executor capable of driving engineering and content pipelines.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging BI tools and SEO/AI attribution software.
• Strong business acumen to translate complex search technicalities into business impact.

Nice to have

• Social Search experience (optimizing for discovery on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
• Experience delivering differentiated content frameworks at scale in fintech or financial services.
• Strong background in continuous A/B testing and algorithmic experimentation.
