What you will do

  • Full ownership of business performance, including revenue growth, gross margin, and forecast accuracy.
  • Own and execute the GTM strategy across direct and partner-assisted sales motions.
  • Lead and scale professional services teams to accelerate software adoption and lifetime value.
  • Analyze unit economics and funnel efficiency to identify and execute high-impact financial levers.
  • Partner with product and marketing to translate market signals into roadmap prioritization.
  • Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers and partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software.
  • Significant senior leadership experience in revenue, sales, or GM roles.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience owning a P&L.
  • Proven track record of integrating professional services into GTM motions to drive software growth.
  • Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in PE-backed or highly metrics-driven organizations.
  • Experience with Developer Tools, IT tooling, or technical buyer personas.
  • Experience transforming services from reactive delivery to proactive revenue levers.
