What you will do

• Partner directly with the GM on regional strategy, revenue operations, and planning.
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the LATAM team.
• Support and align teams during the execution of complex deals.
• Manage coordination and complex calendars across multiple time zones.
• Identify and resolve operational problems to streamline regional scaling.
• Leverage AI tools to automate and multiply your own operational impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America, aligned with the team's timezone.
• Prior experience in consulting, RevOps, or a high-growth startup GTM environment.
• Strong commercial instincts combined with proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Low ego and high ownership mindset, with a willingness to handle any task.
