What you will do

  • Own the full revenue number and execute the plan to reach $100M ARR across all streams.
  • Lead and develop customer-facing teams, including new logo acquisition, customer success, and agency partnerships.
  • Personally close high-value enterprise deals with CMOs and C-suite executives at the world's largest brands.
  • Define and execute the GTM strategy across direct brand and agency channels.
  • Set the pricing architecture, enterprise packaging, and the scalable sales motion.
  • Hire and develop the VP layer across each revenue function to establish a performance culture.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling a company from early stage to $100M ARR as the senior revenue leader.
  • Direct experience in Fortune 500 enterprise sales at the executive buyer level (CMOs/C-suite).
  • Deep domain fluency in martech or adtech landscapes.
  • Experience building a scalable outbound and direct enterprise GTM motion.
  • Ability to hire, structure, and develop a VP-level revenue leadership team.
  • Must be based in New York.
