• Generate high-value growth by shaping compelling commercial pitches and demos that showcase technical depth.
• Elevate the company's industry profile through thought leadership, media engagement, and industry forums.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams of engineers and data scientists to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality client work.
• Manage the Professional Services practice, leading cross-functional teams to consolidate the firm's reputation for technical excellence.

Requirements

• Distinct point of view on how agentic AI applications will reshape legal, accounting, finance, and managed services models.
• Deep knowledge of the professional services landscape (experience in professional services, BPO, or as a sector consultant).
• Experience leading complex transformation programs involving organizational change and technology delivery.
• Commercially driven with a proven track record of winning work and owning meaningful revenue responsibility.
• Compelling communicator capable of explaining complex AI technologies to non-technical senior stakeholders.
• Leadership mindset that balances executive-level strategy with a hands-on approach to unblocking teams.
