Senior Manager, Athlete Marketing (Sports Marketing)

Salary: $111,278 – $122,992

What you will do

• Develop and communicate the national athlete marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Manage and diversify the national athlete portfolio, including talent selection and agency negotiations.
• Identify athletic trends and new "playgrounds" to evolve hirify.global's sports presence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations on annual business plans and retail programs.
• Lead the execution of athlete projects and maximize exposure through the Media Network.
• Coach and mentor a team of Athlete Marketing Managers and Specialists.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sports or athlete marketing within an agency, brand, or federation.
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian and global sporting landscapes and trends.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing marketing projects and budgets.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel 40-50% of the time.
