TL;DR
Senior Technical Sales Enablement Manager (SaaS): Designing and scaling technical enablement programs for SEs and TAMs with an accent on shortening ramp times and sharpening technical selling skills. Focus on translating complex technical concepts into role-based learning experiences and improving GTM effectiveness through data-driven iteration.
Location: Remote (Canada or United States). No visa sponsorship provided.
Salary: $120.4K – $172K + Equity

What you will do
- Design and execute technical enablement initiatives aligned with business goals and field priorities.
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical onboarding for Solutions Engineers and TAMs to accelerate productivity.
- Translate complex platform concepts into compelling, role-based learning experiences for pre- and post-sales teams.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to enable GTM teams effectively around product launches.
- Create and maintain high-quality enablement content within the LMS and related systems.
- Analyze performance data and field feedback to identify skill gaps and iterate on programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment in a technical, pre-sales, or technical enablement role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable technical training programs.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to execute on tight timelines.
- Confidence in communicating and presenting to senior leadership using data and field insight.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and content management systems.
- Must be based in Canada or the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer.
- Experience with Command of the Message or similar structured selling frameworks.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms ( experience is a plus).
- Experience using enablement data and readiness metrics to demonstrate program ROI.
