What you will do

• Lead and support multidisciplinary delivery teams of 8–12 people, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Plan and oversee end-to-end software delivery, ensuring clear objectives and realistic timelines.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Architecture to align the product vision with technical execution.
• Optimize team workflows and remove delivery blockers using Agile and Kanban principles.
• Maintain visibility on quality and performance metrics to improve delivery velocity and predictability.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools to enhance developer productivity and innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development, including 4+ years in team leadership or management.
• Proven track record of managing software delivery in a fast-paced SaaS or product organization.
• Strong understanding of delivery and quality management, from planning to deployment.
• Ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives.
• Must be based in Canada.
