What you will do
- Run Executive Business Reviews to align platform performance directly with clients' KPIs.
- Lead the full renewal cycle, forecast risk, and implement proactive save strategies to hit retention targets.
- Identify and close organic growth opportunities, including increased seat counts and platform adoption.
- Build and maintain customer health frameworks using HubSpot and analytics tools to intervene before escalations.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, partnering with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrable track record of hitting retention and expansion targets independently.
- Experience owning customer health metrics and using leading indicators to drive action.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder accounts and communicate with C-suite executives.
- Business fluency in English and Spanish.
- Must be based in Barcelona for a hybrid work model (4 days in-office).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CS/AM tooling such as Gainsight, Planhat, or HubSpot.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards.
- Technical aptitude for learning and guiding customers through SaaS product features.
