What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Account Executives focused on the Spanish market.
- Provide daily real-time feedback and support team members in complex negotiations and deal strategy.
- Monitor team-level KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Step into key deals to support closings and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to execute go-to-market and growth strategies.
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution while fostering a strong team culture.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales with proven closing experience.
- Native-level Spanish and a good level of English.
- Strong soft skills including resilience, empathy, and communication.
- Ability to manage challenging team dynamics and provide hands-on coaching.
- Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience as a Senior AE or strong individual contributor.
Nice to have
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales or prospecting (SDR background).
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience helping build or scale a team or business unit.
