What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Account Executives focused on the Spanish market.
  • Provide daily real-time feedback and support team members in complex negotiations and deal strategy.
  • Monitor team-level KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
  • Step into key deals to support closings and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to execute go-to-market and growth strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and execution while fostering a strong team culture.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales with proven closing experience.
  • Native-level Spanish and a good level of English.
  • Strong soft skills including resilience, empathy, and communication.
  • Ability to manage challenging team dynamics and provide hands-on coaching.
  • Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience as a Senior AE or strong individual contributor.

Nice to have

  • Experience in full-cycle B2B sales or prospecting (SDR background).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience helping build or scale a team or business unit.
