What you will do

• Support consulting engagements for utility IT and OT system transformations including ADMS, DERMS, CIS, and EAM.
• Document current and future state business processes, requirements, and system functionality.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution blueprints.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align program objectives.
• Develop client deliverables such as reports, dashboards, and implementation roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a business or consulting environment.
• Experience in utility industry domains (electric, gas, water).
• Knowledge of operational or enterprise systems such as ADMS, DERMS, CIS, or EAM.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Professional certifications related to infrastructure technology or consulting.
