Location: Must be located within a daily commutable distance from the office in either San Jose, CA or Boulder, CO

Salary: $100,300 - $149,600

What you will do

  • Lead Deal Enablement for North America Sales, overseeing deal structuring, pricing, and business approvals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Field Sales Management on deal construction and business terms.
  • Manage the full deal life cycle: opportunity assessment, pricing structure, and final review/approval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Product Management) to mitigate risks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the Business Desk and Deal Enablement workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • BS/BA degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial metrics used for deal economics analysis.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional leadership.
  • Must be based within commuting distance to San Jose, CA or Boulder, CO.
