What you will do

• Own top‑of‑funnel pipelines for Engineering and Product Management roles, from Senior ICs to Director+ leaders.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles, build structured panels, and accelerate hiring.
• Proactively source passive talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/GitLab, and technical communities.
• Maintain talent maps and publish market insights regarding skills and competitor intelligence.
• Track and optimize sourcing funnel conversion rates using data to deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize LLMs like Claude to automate repetitive tasks, personalize outreach at scale, and streamline research.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical sourcing experience across Engineering and Product Management roles.
• 2+ years of experience sourcing senior leaders (Sr. Manager through Director+).
• Proven track record sourcing for full stack, backend, and platform engineering.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn, GitHub, and Gem.
• Must be based in the United States.
