What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of hirify.global-owned and industry events, including strategy, production, and post-event reporting.
• Support major tentpole events and key industry moments, such as Cannes Lions and Shoptalk.
• Build trusted relationships and maintain clear communication with senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Accounting.
• Ensure all event experiences authentically reflect hirify.global's business priorities, messaging, and brand values.
• Manage event budgets, forecasting, vendor negotiations, and contract execution.
• Oversee timelines and workflows across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Event, Experiential, and/or Industry Marketing.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Expertise in event operations tools; experience with Jiffle and Splash is a plus.
