Salary: $110,000–$130,000 base | $130,000–$160,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own the strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for Reddit Ads for agency clients.
• Build the operational playbook, pricing scaffolds, and reporting cadence from the ground up.
• Manage Siege's internal paid social and retargeting efforts via Meta and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the growth team on sales calls to scope and sell paid social engagements.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of associates as the service line generates revenue.
• Develop QA processes and attribution standards to ensure a repeatable, sellable service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of agency experience running paid social campaigns (Reddit, LinkedIn, Meta).
• Proven B2B and B2C experience, specifically within SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present quarterly reviews to VPs of Marketing.
• Excellent written communication for producing polished, professional client reports.
• Must be eligible for U.S. employment benefits.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Reddit Ads Manager (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, custom audiences).
• Experience with ChatGPT ads.
• Previous experience building or scaling a paid social practice within an agency.
• Familiarity with B2B attribution challenges such as multi-touch and dark social.
