What you will do

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a global events portfolio, including thought leadership events, roundtables, and webinars.
• Manage end-to-end operations including budgets, timelines, creative development, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to shape event objectives, content, and storytelling.
• Partner with Marketing and Editorial teams to craft narratives and research guest speakers.
• Own the events calendar and track success through ROI, lead generation, and pipeline influence.

Requirements

• 10-14 years of experience leading events in SaaS, Martech, or high-growth startup environments.
• Proven expertise in negotiating vendor contracts and managing complex budgets.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
• Data-informed approach to defining success and measuring event effectiveness.
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
