What you will do

• Develop creative briefs and provide actionable feedback for events, merchandise, and digital/social assets.
• Manage swag and merchandise programs from sourcing and creative direction through production and logistics.
• Lead marketing creative and execution for major trade events, including signage, print, and onsite presence.
• Support the development of brand sales marketing collateral, such as case studies, benchmark reports, and presentations.
• Own high-visibility cross-functional brand initiatives spanning multiple teams and channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand, integrated, or experiential marketing.
• Experience managing creative projects across print, digital, and physical brand environments.
• Proven ability to brief creative teams and manage projects from concept through execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for handling multiple priorities.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Boston, MA.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade events, photoshoots, and onsite activations.
