What you will do
- Act as a liaison between Phone Audit Managers, Auditors, and insured clients to facilitate work flow.
- Manage high call volumes (8-12 calls per hour) to schedule, cancel, or determine needs for audit appointments.
- Coordinate with policyholders, CPAs, bookkeepers, and agents to gather necessary information.
- Maintain and update detailed contact notes and progress within the AuSum system.
- Assign audits to Phone Auditors once all required information has been received.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA to be eligible for benefits and local compliance.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Strong professional communication skills across phone, chat, and email.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
