What you will do

• Perform accurate data entry of donor information, donations, and gift batches into the enterprise CRM.
• Process large volumes of fundraising data and perform necessary database clean-up.
• Manage returned mail and matching gift request forms in a timely manner.
• Provide high-level customer service support to donors, chapters, and the general public via helpdesk tasks.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and Quick Reference Guides.

Requirements

• Must be located in Phoenix, AZ for hybrid responsibilities.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a non-profit environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of sensitive data.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Prior experience with Salesforce or NetSuite.
