What you will do
- Identify and engage enterprise accounts within the ICP using Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Execute personalized outbound strategies via cold calls, emails, and social channels.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to transition target accounts from cold to opportunity.
- Qualify prospects through discovery to validate the scope of an opportunity.
- Maintain a clean book of business and provide weekly pipeline forecasts.
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities created.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in a B2B prospecting role conducting cold outreach.
- Ability to manage objections and navigate complex business conversations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience in a fast-growing SaaS startup.
- Familiarity with sales platforms like Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and Apollo.
