What you will do

  • Identify and engage enterprise accounts within the ICP using Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Execute personalized outbound strategies via cold calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to transition target accounts from cold to opportunity.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery to validate the scope of an opportunity.
  • Maintain a clean book of business and provide weekly pipeline forecasts.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities created.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a B2B prospecting role conducting cold outreach.
  • Ability to manage objections and navigate complex business conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Experience in a fast-growing SaaS startup.
  • Familiarity with sales platforms like Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and Apollo.
