UX Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

UX Designer (Fintech): Developing and executing customer experience solutions for online applications and websites with an accent on user-centered design tools and financial data management. Focus on building wireframes, prototypes, and leveraging Adobe Target to drive value for banking services.

Location: Must be based in Irving, Texas or Charlotte, NC. Hybrid: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Salary: $55-65 per hour (W2)

What you will do

• Execute CX solutions for online applications and websites from product concept through completion.
• Create wireframes, visual mockups, site maps, taxonomies, and prototypes using user-centered design tools.
• Analyze complex projects and lead teams of design specialists to meet key milestone deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in LOB marketing, data science, and technology.
• Develop and refine prototypes based on internal/external standards and best practices.
• Oversee project planning, production schedules, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Target capabilities and usage.
• Experience in Financial Technology (Fintech), Banking, or a related field.
• Proficiency in application development and supporting CMS business leaders.
• Strong vendor management and requirements gathering skills.
• Must be based in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Excellent Figma skill sets.
• Experience with Human Design Thinking and Experience Design.
• Experience in financial services, specifically Banking.
