What you will do

• Design digital experiences compliant with enterprise design systems and brand guidelines.
• Research and analyze user behaviors to inform design recommendations.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and developers to create user-friendly products.
• Adhere to accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
• Manage design files and estimate capacity based on project requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or 2+ years of related experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with native app design and responsive web design.
• Understanding of Material.io and Human Interface Guidelines.
• Familiarity with design systems and agile development environments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design thinking to non-UX stakeholders.
