What you will do

• Lead UX workstreams for 0-to-1 and enterprise-level initiatives from discovery through prototyping and iteration.
• Translate business objectives and technical constraints into actionable UX requirements and experience strategies.
• Facilitate client workshops for journey mapping, service blueprinting, and concepting.
• Create core UX deliverables including personas, information architecture, user flows, and wireframes.
• Build and maintain enterprise design systems and Figma component libraries with a focus on accessibility.
• Mentor UX designers and manage delivery through offshore and nearshore partner teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or experience strategy.
• 4+ years of leadership experience coaching and managing multidisciplinary design teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design systems and collaborative workflow management.
• Experience designing cross-channel experiences across web, mobile, email, CRM, and platform ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear strategies and deliverables.
• Must be based in New York to adhere to the company's hybrid work model.
