UX Designer (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Design user-centered wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and personas.
• Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering to translate client needs into intuitive designs.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to inform and validate design decisions.
• Produce site maps and navigable information architecture.
• Partner with software developers, project managers, and QA professionals throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage multiple client projects and timelines simultaneously, including conducting site audits.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional UX design experience.
• High proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes and managing large design files.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check due to client contracting requirements.
• Work authorization for the United States.
