What you will do

• Own the overall website strategy and roadmap for hirify.global.com to turn it into a measurable source of revenue.
• Lead CRO strategy, executing continuous A/B testing and experimentation to increase MQLs and pipeline.
• Manage Webflow CMS operations, including page builds, QA, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with and project manage external web and design agencies to deliver high-quality updates.
• Drive website localization in partnership with the International Marketing Manager for multi-language expansion.
• Develop performance reporting and insights using GA4 and Looker dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web marketing or growth roles within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning a marketing website end-to-end, from roadmap to execution.
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms, specifically Webflow.
• Proficiency in GA4 and Looker or similar BI tools for data-driven decision making.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle high volumes of stakeholder requests.
• Must be based in the United States.
