What you will do

• Manage day-to-day quote-to-cash workflows including quoting, billing, invoicing, and renewals.
• Validate order, subscription, and billing data to ensure operational integrity across commercial processes.
• Collaborate with Finance on billing reconciliation, subscription audits, and reporting.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement automation to improve commercial workflows.
• Maintain data quality and process consistency across Salesforce, Nue, and other billing tools.
• Coordinate strategic operational initiatives across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in RevOps, billing, finance, or SaaS operations.
• Must be located in New York City and work onsite 5 days per week.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar business systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and operational rigor.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ, subscription billing, or recurring revenue models.
• Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies.
