Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies for priority US Army accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities across DoW mission areas aligned to company capabilities.
• Build and manage a structured capture pipeline based on market intelligence and federal databases.
• Analyze PWS/SOW/RFP requirements to identify key drivers, evaluation priorities, and competitive positioning.
• Establish and maintain relationships with DoW decision-makers, acquisition leaders, and mission stakeholders.
• Develop strategic teaming relationships with primes and subcontractors to strengthen competitive position.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to obtain Secret level security clearance.
• 12-15+ years of relevant experience in federal business development or capture management within the DoD/DoW.
• 3+ years of proven track record developing high-impact BD strategies and pipelines resulting in significant expansion.
• Deep understanding of US Army missions, operational ecosystems, and acquisition pathways (OTAs, SBIR/STTR).
• Proven performance in high-end government engineering services (A&AS and SETA).
