What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives and Team Leads across assigned territories.
- Drive new account acquisition, distribution growth, and retail execution to increase revenue.
- Conduct regular ride-alongs, field coaching, and store audits to improve team productivity.
- Hold team members accountable to KPIs, including new doors, account retention, and CRM compliance.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to support market launches and growth strategies.
- Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, ownership, and results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field sales, territory sales, or sales operations.
- 2+ years of experience managing frontline sales teams such as route reps or brand ambassadors.
- Experience in CPG, beverage, convenience, or wellness categories preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, dashboards, and sales reporting.
- Willing and able to travel 50% to 75% for market visits and team coaching.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with leadership.
