What you will do

• Develop scalable infrastructure solutions across Azure and on-premises environments, including active/active data center architectures.
• Manage enterprise storage (NetApp/EMC) and backup platforms (Commvault), leading migrations and capacity planning.
• Administer virtual server environments (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and cloud compute resources (Azure VMs, AVD).
• Support enterprise networking infrastructure including Cisco, Arista, Fortinet firewalls, and Aryaka SD-WAN.
• Automate routine infrastructure processes using Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell.
• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data storage (NetApp, EMC) and backup applications (Commvault).
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS).
• Expertise in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in North Olmsted, OH.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Expert, VMware VCP, or NetApp.
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
