TL;DR
Lead Network Engineer (Cisco ACI): Leading solutioning and implementation of high-priority on-prem, hybrid, and cloud network projects with an accent on Cisco ACI, Azure integration, and network security. Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC or Remote (US). Must be a United States Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust.

What you will do
- Lead solutioning efforts and client presentations for complex network and connectivity projects.
- Plan, implement, and maintain network infrastructure route/switch operating systems and validate system performance.
- Collaborate with engineers in Azure and data centers to develop migration strategies for hybrid environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis and perform complex troubleshooting and triage for infrastructure incidents.
- Document system architecture diagrams using Microsoft Visio and maintain security configuration management.
- Evaluate new technologies and mentor staff through coaching and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Must be a United States Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust.
- Hybrid presence in Washington, DC is required.
- 7+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure in complex, multi-vendor environments.
- 5+ years of experience in datacenter virtualization, application load balancing, and campus networking (Cisco ISE, 802.1x, VPN).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and firewall management.
- Knowledge of system hardening (STIGs, SRGs) and federal IT regulatory compliance.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting networks running Cisco UC or MS Teams VoIP systems.
- Knowledge of Cisco VPN and Zscaler ZIA/ZPA.
