What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional operations across Threat Hunt, Threat Intelligence, and Services teams.
• Act as the operational coordinator during major incidents and surge events to ensure unified response.
• Manage the Neighborhood Keeper Trusted Adviser Program from onboarding to active partner engagement.
• Facilitate intelligence sharing workflows, including IOC validation and TLP classification.
• Identify and resolve operational friction by building SOPs that codify team collaboration.
• Track and synthesize operational metrics to provide actionable reporting for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in intelligence operations, security operations, or program management within cybersecurity or national security.
• Experience coordinating technical teams during time-sensitive or high-stakes events.
• Familiarity with ICS/OT cybersecurity concepts and threat intelligence fundamentals.
• Experience managing external partner relationships using information sharing frameworks and TLP protocols.
• Experience working with government cybersecurity entities, ISACs, or public-private partnerships.
• Must be based in the United States.
