What you will do

• Lead and plan strategic programs for near-term and future product delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Manage the end-to-end product introduction process to ensure Go-To-Market readiness.
• Define program strategy, manage interdependencies, and track milestones and risks.
• Ensure successful handoffs between Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of program management experience in the tech industry.
• Minimum 5 years supporting cross-functional, global teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and influence change.
• Must be based in the USA.
