Salary: $176,000 - $221,000 base + variable compensation

What you will do

• Lead collaboration between business areas and enterprise tech teams to implement AI-enabled automation and agentic solutions.
• Manage a multi-year roadmap integrating Finance, HRIS, and Legal transformations.
• Govern portfolio intake, prioritization, and status reporting for corporate infrastructure.
• Oversee the programmatic rollout of AI-forward capabilities from pilot to production.
• Manage critical path dependencies and resource contention across matrixed engineering and design teams.
• Chair steering committees for SVP/C-Suite to report on portfolio health, budget variance, and risk-adjusted delivery.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Proven track record of managing $20M+ portfolios in global enterprise SaaS environments.
• Expertise working across Enterprise Application Engineering and Finance/Legal teams to deliver unified solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in PMP/PgMP frameworks (Risk Management, Resource Leveling, Value Realization).
• Must-have experience within HRIS and Legal environments.
• Location: Must be based in the US (any time zone) or Latin America.
