Salary: $176,000 - $221,000 base + variable compensation

What you will do
- Lead collaboration between business areas and enterprise tech teams to implement AI-enabled automation and agentic solutions.
- Manage a multi-year roadmap integrating Finance, HRIS, and Legal transformations.
- Govern portfolio intake, prioritization, and status reporting for corporate infrastructure.
- Oversee the programmatic rollout of AI-forward capabilities from pilot to production.
- Manage critical path dependencies and resource contention across matrixed engineering and design teams.
- Chair steering committees for SVP/C-Suite to report on portfolio health, budget variance, and risk-adjusted delivery.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Program Management.
- Proven track record of managing $20M+ portfolios in global enterprise SaaS environments.
- Expertise working across Enterprise Application Engineering and Finance/Legal teams to deliver unified solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in PMP/PgMP frameworks (Risk Management, Resource Leveling, Value Realization).
- Must-have experience within HRIS and Legal environments.
- Location: Must be based in the US (any time zone) or Latin America.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday ERP, Workday HRIS, and Workday Adaptive.
- Experience with DocuSign.
- Experience with CaptivateIQ incentive/compensation systems.
