What you will do

• Shape strategic direction and manage high-level customer relationships for the Veterans Affairs business unit.
• Oversee all aspects of program performance including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial metrics.
• Manage planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross margin achievement.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers and team members to ensure delivery success.
• Ensure strict adherence to ISO and CMMI quality standards.
• Partner with growth leaders to identify and drive organic and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of overall professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience specifically managing technology service delivery projects.
• Must be based in the United States to support government contracting requirements.
• Proven experience with Agile project management methodologies and related software tools.

Nice to have

• Prior government or government contracting experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or ITIL certification.
• Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist.
