Sales Development Representative (Medtech)

What you will do

• Research potential prospects and identify target healthcare executives such as ED Medical Directors and CMOs.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans via cold calling and email to schedule meetings for the VP of Sales.
• Prepare detailed background materials and market research in preparation for sales appointments.
• Manage post-sales meeting follow-ups and assist with the new customer sales process.
• Maintain the internal database to track key performance metrics and marketing activities.
• Own calendaring, logistics, and administrative responsibilities for the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, fundraising, or customer service.
• Must be based in North America.
• Strong communication skills for professional email and phone outreach.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
• Ability to overcome obstacles in real-time during prospect interactions.
