What you will do
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to regional SDR teams to drive performance through influence.
- Develop and maintain global SDR playbooks to ensure consistent messaging and operational standards.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot new sales technologies and process improvements.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators including pipeline generation and conversion rates.
- Contribute individually to pipeline creation by prospecting and engaging with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing Directors to align SDR activities with global marketing plans.
Requirements
- Must be based in and eligible to work in the UK.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- 1+ year of experience in a team lead, mentorship, or senior SDR capacity.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding KPIs.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to lead, coach, and influence without direct line management authority.
Nice to have
- Experience in the accounting or audit industry.
- Familiarity with ’s product suite.
- Experience working in or leading a global or multi-regional team.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
