TL;DR

Manager, Talent Operations (HR Tech): Designing and optimizing the talent acquisition systems roadmap and infrastructure with an accent on AI integration and workflow automation. Focus on reducing administrative friction, evaluating vendor ROI, and scaling recruiting productivity through thoughtful systems architecture.

Location: Remote (United States). Note: Not open to candidates in Zone D markets (e.g., San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, San Jose).

Salary: $132,060 – $172,872 per year

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the TA systems roadmap, including ATS, sourcing tools, scheduling solutions, and analytics.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale AI and automation opportunities across the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Lead vendor assessments and "build vs. buy" decisions based on ROI, security, and integration.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce administrative burden and increase recruiter capacity.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR Operations, IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
  • Coach and develop talent operations team members and shape the function's future operating model.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, People Systems, or HR Technology.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding high-cost Zone D markets).
  • Experience owning ATS strategy, vendor evaluation, and process automation.
  • Technical fluency with recruiting tools, system integrations, and AI agent building.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence through data.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
