High Volume Recruiter (AI)

Location: US, Mexico City, Mexico, or Manila, Philippines; San Francisco preferred, with other remote options available

Salary: $55,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Source and screen high volumes of candidates across multiple active AI data programs.
• Manage top-of-funnel metrics, including application volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and screen-to-hire ratios.
• Partner with Strategic Project Leads and Operations to define domain expertise, availability, technical qualifications, and quality requirements.
• Build sourcing pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, academic networks, professional communities, and referrals.
• Improve outreach messaging, job descriptions, screening criteria, and channel performance using recruiting data.
• Coordinate screening calls, assessments, onboarding hand-offs, and early risk escalation when programs may be understaffed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to manage large candidate pipelines under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfort tracking and reporting on recruiting funnel metrics.
• Excellent written communication for high-volume outreach and candidate engagement.
• Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal process in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting technical experts, domain specialists, or gig and contractor workforces.
• Familiarity with AI data operations, annotation, or RLHF workforce programs.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or similar ATS platforms.
• Background in marketplace operations, staffing, or workforce platforms.
