What you will do

• Execute high-volume sourcing across multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional communities.
• Screen candidates rapidly and accurately to match domain expertise with specific program requirements.
• Own and report on top-of-funnel metrics such as application volume, time-to-fill, and conversion ratios.
• Partner with Strategic Project Leads and Operations to align recruiting efforts with real-time program needs.
• Iterate on outreach messaging and screening criteria to optimize pipeline health.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for screening calls, assessments, and onboarding hand-offs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Proven track record of managing large candidate pipelines under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on funnel metrics.
• Excellent written communication skills for high-volume outreach.
• Scrappy, self-directed approach to operating in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for technical, domain-expert, or gig/contractor workforces.
• Familiarity with AI data operations, annotation, or RLHF programs.
• Experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Ashby, or Lever.
• Background in marketplace operations or staffing.
