Location: Hybrid (Foster City, CA) — In-office requirement: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

What you will do

  • Establish and lead the new grad recruiting program, defining intake windows and hiring targets.
  • Build and maintain sustained university relationships with target CS and engineering programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end fall recruiting calendar and summer internship programs, focusing on conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze core metrics such as offer acceptance rate, time-to-hire, and 6-month retention.
  • Develop interviewer training, calibration programs, and documented SOPs to enable team scaling.
  • Own the end-to-end Referral Program to ensure it remains a reliable source of hire.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations or Program Management within high-growth tech startups.
  • Proven track record of building programs from scratch (specifically Early Career programs).
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Foster City, CA office.
  • Expertise in ATS tools such as Ashby (preferred) or Greenhouse.
  • Proficiency in BI tooling like Looker, Tableau, or advanced Excel/Sheets.
  • High agency and ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
