What you will do
- Drive the UKI B2B growth strategy and expand the footprint into Nordic markets.
- Own the full pipeline target from lead generation through to conversion.
- Design, manage, and optimize complex outbound sequences to engage enterprise decision-makers.
- Organize and execute high-impact events, webinars, and trade shows from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with the performance team on retargeting and ABM strategies using deep data analysis.
- Craft compelling sales collateral, thought leadership content, and messaging for specific tech landscapes.
Requirements
- Native English proficiency.
- Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership and full accountability for results.
- Entrepreneurial drive, ideally as a former founder or early-stage startup employee.
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment.
- Broad expertise across performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign execution.
- Must be based in or aligned with the UK and Ireland markets to craft resonant positioning.
Nice to have
- Expertise in SEO and content strategy.
- Design skills using Figma or Adobe Suite.
- Experience implementing AI-native workflows.
