TL;DR
Head of Marketing (Direct-Response): Leading the marketing engine for a globally recognized expert-led brand with an accent on conversion optimization, funnel performance, and revenue growth. Focus on building and scaling high-converting systems, managing multi-channel campaigns, and driving measurable improvements in lead quality and pipeline contribution.
Location: Remote. Must have meaningful overlap with both U.S. West Coast and Australian East Coast working hours.
Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 (base + performance bonus).

What you will do
- Own the performance of the marketing engine across traffic, funnels, nurture, and conversion.
- Build and optimize conversion funnels, including VSLs, webinars, and lead generation sequences using HubSpot.
- Lead multi-channel campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, YouTube, and partnerships.
- Identify funnel leaks and drive measurable improvements in lead quality and conversion rates.
- Manage the marketing team, vendors, and contractors while maintaining a high quality bar for all assets.
- Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, sales enablement, and overall revenue performance.
Requirements
- Direct-Response Marketing Fluency: Deep understanding of hooks, offers, VSLs, webinars, and conversion paths.
- HubSpot Power User: Proficiency in automations, segmentation, dashboards, and funnel management.
- Hands-on Funnel Builder: Ability to personally build and improve landing pages, email sequences, and customer journeys.
- Data-Obsessed Operator: Proven ability to diagnose conversion bottlenecks and prioritize improvements based on KPIs.
- Founder Fluency: Experience working directly with founders and translating vision into execution.
- Time Zone Alignment: Ability to maintain regular live collaboration across U.S. West Coast and Australian East Coast hours.
